Resident Alien Programs

Permanent Resident Alien (PRA)

Individuals who permanently reside in the United States.
Required evidence: Legible front and back copy of the borrower(s) current Permanent Resident Alien Card (green card)

Non-Permanent Resident Alien (NPRA)

Individuals who live and work in the United States.
Required evidence: Valid work VISA with an expiration date not within 2 years following the note date or an Employment Authorization Card along with a copy of the Petition for Non‐Immigrant Worker (form I‐ 140) (if the expiration date is within 2 years provide evidence employer is sponsoring or the borrower has been in the US for 5+ years)
2 year history of residing and working in the US
Valid social security number
Valid US FICO with minimum 2 scores
12 month housing history is required
The PWE must meet minimum tradelines: 3 tradelines reporting for 12+ months with activity in the last 12 months or 2 tradelines reporting for 24+ months with activity in the last 12 months
If the PWE has 3 credit scores, the minimum tradeline required is waived

Acceptable VISA types:
A-1, A-2, E-1, E-2, E-3, EB-5, G-1 through G-5, H-1, H-1B, L-1, NATO, O-1, R-1, TN NAFTA
Other VISA types are accepted on an exception basis
